Core Digital Goods Rule
Once login credentials or financial asset details are delivered to your email/contact channel, they cannot be physically “returned.” Therefore, all executed sales in the Vcc Market are considered final. We offer conditional replacements, but strict cash refunds are generally not provided after delivery.
No General Refund Policy
At Vcc Shop Pro, we dedicate extensive manual labor to ensure every account is legally processed using real user authentication. Unlike cheap, automated bot panels like pvasmm or getpvasmm that sell disposable synthetic data, our assets are premium and expensive to produce.
For this reason, once an asset is successfully transferred and we fulfill our Full ownership provide guarantee, the transaction is irreversible. We cannot issue cash or crypto refunds for “change of mind” or “lack of expertise” in using the accounts.
The Replacement Warranty
While we do not offer cash refunds, we protect your investment through our strict Replacement Warranty. If a digital asset is fundamentally flawed upon delivery, we will replace it free of charge.
Replacement Conditions:
- The account is restricted or banned before you even log in.
- You log into the account using an anti-detect browser and a clean 4G/Residential proxy in a secure way, and the account locks upon your very first login attempt.
- Claims must be submitted to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Third-Party Platforms & Funds
It is crucial to understand that the Vcc Shop does not own or operate banking institutions or crypto exchanges. We are an infrastructure agency. We do not have official contracts or partnerships with platforms like Redotpay, RIZON, Stripe, or Binance.
Once we hand over the account, your financial operations are entirely in your hands. If you choose to load a Faith Deposit using Digital currency spend (USDT/BTC) to utilize the platform’s High spending limits, you are responsible for those funds.

Actions That Void The Warranty
Our verified assets act as a massive Vcc Booster for your business, but they must be handled correctly. The replacement warranty is immediately null and void if any of the following occur:
- Poor OpSec: Logging in from a standard browser (like Chrome/Safari) without anti-detect software, or using cheap data-center VPNs.
- Post-Usage Bans: If a Facebook or TikTok ad account is banned after you have successfully attached a card, launched a campaign, or engaged in business activity.
- Policy Violations: Utilizing the accounts for high-risk dropshipping chargebacks, money laundering, or violating the respective platform’s Terms of Service.
- Credential Changes: Changing the primary email, password, or 2FA settings before properly warming up the account on your local IP.
How to File a Claim
If you experience a first-login lock or believe your delivered asset is fundamentally defective under our warranty terms, do not attempt to fix it yourself.
